• - A full paid conference registration is included in this fee for ONE person, as well as scheduled meals (Charity Dinner is not included) Our team will reach out to the email used to book the booth once it is booked to get attendee details. Attendees over the one included with the booth are encouraged, an additional fee must be charged to cover food, beverages and conference center costs.
• - Your booth includes carpet, 10 foot space, table, chairs, area trash cans, valuable networking opportunities, and over 500 attendees to visit your booth
• - Only one organization per booth.
• - There will be an additional charge per booth of $25 for electrical setup if requested
• - Exhibitors can furnish door prizes and sponsor events (Exhibitors that do such will be recognized during the event)
• - Additional attendees will need to complete registration online
• - Exhibitors will get an attendee list from the conference

CANCELLATIONS

Only upon receiving written notice, of request for cancellation before the refund cutoff date will refunds be considered. We will refund registration fees in accordance with the cancellation deadline requirement only. A handling fee of $100 per booth registration will be deducted from each refund amount if granted. The cancellation deadline for a refund is October 1. Any cancellation submitted after this date will not be refunded.
