DISCOUNT GUIDELINES
Early Bird Registration is available until September 19th of the year before the conference starts. All registration after that date will be available at the standard rate.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Individual registration allows individuals to attend the conference in its entirety, which includes the following: attendance to all conference presentations and receptions. All snack breaks, breakfasts and lunches during the conference are covered by registration costs as well.
BOOTH REGISTRATION
Registration allows an orginization to have one full attend the conference in its entirety, which includes the following: attendance to all conference presentations and receptions. All snack breaks, breakfasts and lunches during the conference are covered by registration costs as well. The booth details are desctibed on our website.
CANCELLATIONS
Only upon receiving written notice, of request for cancellation before the refund cutoff date will refunds be considered. We will refund registration fees in accordance with the cancellation deadline requirement only. A handling fee of $35 per individual registration and $100 per booth registration will be deducted from each refund amount if granted. The cancellation deadline for a refund is October 1. Any cancellation submitted after this date will not be refunded.
